You Are Not Alone in Your Pain

Even though we all manage our pain differently, as author Morgan Cheek so poignantly reminds us, “grief is universal.” We all experience it at some point in our lives - there’s no escaping it. That’s why Cheek wrote Even in Darkness - to meet the reader during their darkest times and guide them through their personal journey, not with superficial platitudes, but by reaffirming a raw, authentic dialog with God’s word. No one is ever alone in their grief and by examining scripture, we can see all the ways the Lord has prepared us to embrace what is difficult, while trusting that His love and support will help guide us back into the light.

Even in Darkness makes an excellent study guide for church groups, bible studies, families, friends or for those seeking to develop a greater wisdom of God’s purpose as a team. Cheek’s words will encourage groups to uncover feelings, spurring growth and inspiration among each other.
